Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry website at kissimmeemasonry.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Kissimmee, FL. We provide masonry and concrete services including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, driveway pavers, and related work. Services are provided to properties in Kissimmee, FL and surrounding communities. All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement prior to work beginning.
All estimates provided by Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry are based on an on-site assessment of the work requested and the conditions observed at the time of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Estimates may be revised if, upon starting work, conditions are discovered that were not visible or accessible during the initial assessment - for example, hidden damage behind a wall or below grade. Any changes to the scope or cost of work will be communicated to you in writing before proceeding.
Verbal estimates or rough figures provided before an on-site visit are not binding. A written estimate after an in-person assessment is the only binding price representation made by Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry.
Once a project is scheduled and a start date is confirmed, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
If you need to cancel a project entirely after a written agreement has been signed, any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on the materials ordered and work already performed. The specific cancellation terms will be stated in your project agreement.
Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, supply delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such situations.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. For most projects, a deposit is required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by project size and will be stated clearly in the agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of agreement. Final payment is due upon project completion unless a different schedule has been agreed to in writing.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to suspend or cease work, and to pursue collection of amounts owed through appropriate legal channels.
Where required by Osceola County or applicable Florida law, Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry will obtain necessary permits prior to beginning structural or regulated work. The cost of permits will be included in or added to the project estimate. You are responsible for ensuring that any property you own is legally accessible for permitted work and that there are no legal encumbrances, disputes, or HOA restrictions that would prevent the work from proceeding. Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry is not responsible for delays caused by HOA approval processes or third-party restrictions unknown to us at the time of scheduling.
Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards. Any specific warranty terms for a given project will be stated in the written project agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, hurricane or storm damage, soil movement caused by natural events, vandalism, or modifications to the work made by others after project completion.
Except as stated in a written project warranty, Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kissimmee Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use of a property, or damages caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us before the start of work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
